“We're also surprising Little Free Library stewards with Lucky-inspired décor kits, so they can decorate for St. Patrick’s Day and help families around the nation celebrate,” adds Needham.
By the end of 2022, Lucky Charms will fund 20 new Little Free Libraries in underserved communities where books are scarce. The libraries are being placed through Little Free Library's Impact Library Program in an effort to increase book access for all readers.
Teaming up with Taye
To celebrate Lucky’s book release, Lucky Charms teamed up with Taye Diggs – dad, singer, actor and children’s book author – for a live reading of the first chapter on Lucky Charms’ Instagram.
One fan, Maria R., asked "if you could add any charm to Lucky Charms, what would it be?"
Taye said, "a top hat!"
